RNDM ADHD / FREE COMPANION30 minutes

Weekly Money Hour

A thirty-minute appointment with bills, renewals and loose ends.

Date:

00–05 / Gather, don’t solve

Choose one surface, open your usual secure bill source, and gather the items you already know about.

  • Set a 30-minute timer.
  • Gather bills, letters and reminders in one place.
  • Pick the most time-sensitive item.

05–15 / Bills + deadlines

Look at due dates first. Check whether payment is already arranged before making changes. If a bill cannot be paid, record a next step rather than avoiding it.

  • Check the next due date.
  • Complete one payment or admin action through the official service.
  • Write down anything that needs a call or follow-up.

Most urgent action + due date

15–25 / Subscription + one loose end

Review one renewal: keep, cancel, or check later. Use the official cancellation process and keep confirmation privately.

  • Review one subscription or recurring charge.
  • Check the renewal date and any notice period.
  • Complete one small paperwork task.

Renewal to review + review date

25–30 / Close the loop

Stop starting new tasks. Leave a clear handoff for next time.

  • File or safely dispose of finished paperwork.
  • Put unfinished items together.
  • Choose the next appointment.

One follow-up for next time

Next Money Hour: day / time

The name is a container, not a demand for sixty minutes. This sheet is for admin, not financial advice. Do not write passwords, card or account numbers.
